This easy veggie burger recipe serves 10.
10x90g Garden Gourmet Burger Deluxe
250g shredded iceberg lettuce
5 small onions, sliced
3tbsp olive oil
10 slices cheese (15g) blue cheese (see tips)
10 seeded burger buns
10 corn on the cobs
5 large vine tomatoes, sliced
small spritz of 1kcal olive spray
Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 30 minutes
Use your favourite cheese for this easy veggie burger – we like blue, halloumi or smoked cheese for extra flavour but a mature cheddar would also be great!
Try adding sliced gherkins to this recipe or some griddled courgettes or aubergines.
Let your customers add their favourite condiments - mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard or pickles for extra flavour.
