3 red pepper, sliced
3 yellow pepper, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
2½ tbsp fajita seasoning mix
20 small seeded or wholewheat wraps
2 x 200g cans sweetcorn in water, drained
250g fresh tomato salsa
200g half fat grated mature cheese
500g bag salad leaves
65g coriander leaves
3 small avocado, diced
1 red onion, diced
Squeeze of lime juice
Freshly ground black pepper
