400ml semi-skimmed milk
400ml whipping cream
88g NESTLÉ® Docello™ Crème Brûlée Mix
3 bananas, sliced
10tbsp caramel sauce
Grated dark chocolate to decorate
Prep: 10 minutes. Cook: 5 minutes, plus chilling time.
- Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the crème brûlée powder, whisking continuously. Allow to cool slightly then pour into 10 x 125ml serving pots. Chill until set.
- Top the custard pots with slices of fresh banana. Drizzle over the caramel sauce and scatter with grated chocolate to serve.
Slice the banana just before putting the finishing touches to this dessert. Toss the banana in lemon juice to prevent the banana from going brown.
