Our Cold Brew is a smooth and refreshing premium cold coffee. We start with a carefully selected blend of responsibly sourced coffee beans, then we grind and slowly steep the coffee in cold water. Our cold brew method ensures that we deliver a full and smooth flavour that picks up the natural sweetness of the coffee, without any harsh or bitter tones.
Simply serve 200ml straight from a chilled carton over ice for your customers to enjoy!

Hibiscus and lime
- 1 Hibiscus tea bag
- 10ml lime juice
- 15ml Agave syrup
- Approximately 100ml NESCAFÉ AZERA Cold Brew
- Optional 25ml gin for an alcoholic version
Method
Infuse lime or agave with hibiscus tea bag, after 2 minutes or so remove tea bag add agave and lime to a serving glass and add cold brew. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Note: You may want to infuse the agave with the hibiscus ahead of time.
Passion for Coffee
- 10ml date syrup
- 30ml passion fruit juice
- 50-75ml NESCAFÉ AZERA Cold Brew
- 25-30ml ginger beer
Method
Add ingredients to a serving glass in the above order, garnish with a quarter passion fruit wedge.
Cold brew Mojito
- 20ml Blood orange flavoured liqueur
- 10ml lime juice
- 15-20ml Mojito mint syrup
- 100ml NESCAFÉ AZERA Cold Brew
Method
Add all ingredients to a serving glass in the above order, garnish with a spanked mint sprig.
