Machine selection

Whether you’re serving 10 or 1,000 cups a day, our team of trained beverage specialists will help you decide which solution is right for you.

Our great range of machines all produce consistent, quality drinks every time, from simple black coffees to lattes and frothy cappuccino.

Machine installation

Our team of expert engineers will make sure your machine installation is as smooth as a silky latte macchiato.

Installation can be arranged in a matter of days, and your machine will be set up and working in no time at all– keeping disruption to a minimum and leaving you free to run your business.

Quality assurance

Once your machine has been installed, our team of Beverage Ambassadors will help you choose the right range of drinks for your business. They’ll also make sure the machine is set up to deliver consistently delicious drinks – just as you’d expect from NESCAFÉ®.

We’ll also provide useful business tips to help you make the most of your new machine, as well as ensuring your staff are fully trained to help keep it in tip top condition.

And that’s not all. We know that menus change with the seasons (as do staff sometimes). So our Beverage Ambassadors will arrange a visit every six months to review and refresh menu development, staff training, sales collateral and, of course, provide business recommendations.

Machine maintenance

Because our machines are built to the highest standards, you don’t need to worry about reliability.

However, should something go awry, you’ll have the peace of mind that we can fix a lot of issues over the phone, and if not we’ll send an engineer (standard service is Monday to Friday). So you’ll be back up and running in no time.

One of our friendly machine sales specialists will arrange a one day demonstration of one or more of our coffee machines at a Nestlé location or a preferred machine supplier site. Each demonstration is tailored to your needs and covers the full process from the machine, the coffee and the commercials including our support options.
Your demo includes:
  • Personal set up and machine demonstration by our one of our specialists
  • They will bring the machine and ingredients along with them
  • Explanation of all contract options and support packages
