For Colleges
In teams of three, students representing their college battle it out in a series of challenges to be crowned the winners of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or. As they progress through the competition, teams will not only have their knowledge and skills tested but will be given the opportunity to learn from some of the best chefs and businesses in the industry.
For Apprentices
Apprentices at a Commis Chef level are invited to take part in this exciting new competition! Entering Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or will open an apprentices eyes to new opportunities and allow them to work with some of the top chefs in industry. They will be tested throughout the competition as they are provided with new experiences and challenges that will enhance their learning and career.

All eyes will be on the finalists as over 300 industry figures are invited to come together and celebrate the future of hospitality. Alongside announcing the college and apprentice winners of Nestlé Professional Toque d’Or, we aim to get guests thinking about the small changes that can be made in their business to make a bigger impact on the industry.
