Terms & Conditions for NESCAFÉ® &GO® POS Orders


These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By placing an order for POS on our website you understand and accept these terms and conditions.

  1. All items supplied are subject to stock availability at the time of order.
  2. Our customer services team may call you to confirm any aspect of your order, so please make sure you provide an up to date phone number.
  3. A maximum of 2 of each POS item listed can be ordered per customer. If you need more than 2 of each item, please call us on 0800 745 845 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI). Extra quantities of POS are supplied at our discretion.
  4. We cover the cost of packing, postage and delivery.
  5. We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland.
  6. Please allow up to 10 working days for an order to be delivered.
  7. Incomplete or invalid orders will not be accepted.
