NESCAFÉ® &GO® Parfetts Offer Terms & Conditions

Full Terms and Conditions:

  1. Offer only available to Parfetts’ customers who purchase a NESCAFÉ® & GO® machine directly from the NESCAFÉ® & GO® webshop at www.nestleprofessional.co.uk/our-solutions/nescafe-go/webshop between 10/12/2018 and 06/01/2019 and use the special promotional code &GOPARFETTS.
  2. This is a limited offer with a maximum of 150 sleeve bundle offers (a bundle consists of 10 sleeves each of NESCAFÉ® & GO® variants, one cup sleeve contains 8 cups) available throughout the duration of the promotional period of 10/12/2018 and 28/01/2019 only. The promotion will start at 09:00 on 10/12/2018. The promotion will end at 09:00 on 28/01/2019, or when 150 qualifying applications have been made, whichever is sooner. Any purchases made after the allocated number of applications have been accepted, or after the stated closing date, will not qualify for the offer. The offer is available for purchases made on the specified dates only and cannot be applied retrospectively. 
  3. There is a maximum limit of one free gift per person/business. Any further purchases of a NESCAFÉ® & GO® machine made during the stated period will not qualify for the offer.
  4. No trade, third party or bulk applications permitted.
  5. Offer subject to availability of NESCAFÉ® & GO® machines. In the event of out of stock of the advertised free gift before the stated closing date, this will be announced on the website.
  6. In the event of unforeseen difficulties, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an equivalent free gift of equal, or greater value, to the stated items until 150 gifts have been awarded to qualifying customers. 
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any applications that it believes to be in breach of these terms and conditions.
  8. Limitations of liability. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information entered or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
  • Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
  • Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
  1. Customers must ensure they are available to receive the delivery. If the customer is not at the delivery address to receive the goods, a card with a contact number will be left for them to arrange with the courier an alternative drop off time. After three attempts the goods will be returned to the Promoter and the customer will be refunded the full value of the purchase. From that point, if the customer still wishes to receive the order, they will have to re-order via the online shop. 
  2. Any orders, including re-orders of undeliverable items, placed after the offer ends, e.g. after the closing date or after 150 free gifts have been awarded, will not qualify for the offer.
  3. Please be aware the complimentary sleeves may be delivered separately to the NESCAFÉ® &GO® machine.
