Method

INGREDIENTS

10pc GARDEN GOURMET Breaded Fillet

500ml MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce

400g grilled aubergine  

400g grilled courgettes  

300g grilled peppers  

300g red onions 

30ml olive oil  

30g fresh basil  

300g rocket leaf 

1 pepper  

  1. Pre-heat the 190°C. 
  2. Chop the grilled aubergine, courgettes, onions and peppers and sauté in olive oil.  
  3. Add MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce, cook for 3 min and season with fresh basil and pepper. 
  4. Roast the GARDEN GOURMET Breaded Fillet for approx 10mins, until core temp is 75°C. 
  5. Serve the cooked breaded fillet with the Ratatouile and top with the washed and dried rocket. 

Chef's Tip

  • Serve the dish with potatoes or pasta.  
  • Serve this ratatouille recipe with a garden salad on the side.
