Method

INGREDIENTS

30pc  GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls

10pc fresh pizza dough (100g)

100g semolina flour

350ml MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato sauce 

600g light mozzarella cheese, shredded

150g red onions

18g fresh jalapeños  

100g rocket  

 

Serve with Side salad 

300g baby gem lettuce 

250g baby chard leaf 

250g baby vine tomatoes, cut into ¼’s 

150g cucumber, roughly grated 

120g finely sliced red onions 

150g sweet fresh peas 

15g mint 

  1. Defrost and cut GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls in ½ or ¼ to have a better coverage on the pizza.  
  2. Role the pizza dough in semolina flour.  
  3. Slice jalapeños and onions.  
  4. Build pizza by applying MAGGI tomato sauce, cheese, onions, jalapeños and GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls.   
  5. Bake the pizza at 270°C for 3-5 min in a preheated oven.  
  6. Drizzle the finished pizza with the rocket and olive oil.   
  7. Serve with side salad.
