Method

Ingredients

10 pc GARDEN GOURMET Breaded Fillet 
10 pc brioche burger buns 
120g spring onions   
15g red chilies  
200g kimchi  
80ml low fat mayonnaise 
50ml Korean BBQ sauce  
100g rocket salad   

Serve with Side Salad  

300g baby gem lettuce  
250g rocket leaf   
250g baby plum tomatoes, cut into ¼’s 
200g cucumber ribbons 
150g finely sliced red onions  
200g yellow pepper de-seeded and cut into thin strips 
 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 190°C and bake the GARDEN GOURMET Breaded Fillet approx. 8mins to a core temp 75°C  
  2. Cut the spring onions and the chili in julienne and put in ice water to stay crispy until service.  
  3. Cut brioche buns in half and toast/grill.  
  4. Strain kimchi and wash salad.  
  5. Assemble the burger with all the ingredients.  
  6. Plate and serve the vegetarian breaded fillet with the side salad 

Chef's Tip

  • Add fresh herbs like Chinese chives or coriander.
