INGREDIENTS
750g GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Mince
80ml teriyaki sauce
30ml CHEF® Vegetable Liquid Concentrate
1.2kg cooked sushi rice (according to instructions)
1pc kombu seaweed (optional)
80ml rice vinegar
50g caster sugar
Garnish
700g avocado, ripe
200g cherry tomatoes
300g Cucumber
300g romaine salad
200g edamame beans (pealed)
50g pickled ginger
10g chili sesame seeds
10g coriander
- Defrost and mix GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Mince with CHEFVegetable Liquid Concentrate, and season with teriyaki sauce and set aside.
- Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on pack with kombu seaweed (optional).
- Mix rice vinegar/sugar and marinade the rice with it.
- Cut, peal and prepare all the garnishes and store separately
- Assemble the Poke bowl with all the ingredients being visible separate.
