INGREDIENTS
600g GARDEN GOURMET Fillet Pieces
15ml CHEF® Vegetable Liquid Concentrate
30ml olive oil
200g grilled courgette
200g grilled aubergine
200g grilled peppers
80g rocket
40g CHEF® Signature Black Garlic Paste
200g light mozzarella cheese
100g semi dried tomatoes
150ml light nut free pesto
10 slices of sour dough bread 80-100g
- Defrost GARDEN GOURMET Fillet pieces and season with CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate and olive oil
- Marinade and season courgettes, aubergine, bell peppers with CHEF Signature Black Garlic Paste, salt and pepper.
- Build the vegetarian sandwich recipe by spreading the pesto on the bread and place all the remaining ingredients in the sandwich.
