INGREDIENTS
50pc GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls
8g garlic, chopped
400g brunoise of vegetables (celery, leeks, onion & carrots)
20g olive oil
20g sage
800ml MAGGI® Rich & Rustic Tomato sauce
800g rigatoni pasta
75g vegetarian hard cheese
Serve with Side salad
300g baby gem lettuce
250g baby chard leaf
250g baby vine tomatoes, cut into ¼’s
200g diced avocado
150g cucumber, roughly grated
120g finely sliced red onions
150g sweet fresh peas
15g mint
- Sauté chopped garlic and vegetable brunoised in olive oil with sage.
- Add MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce and GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls and cook for 5-10 min.
- Cook the pasta al dente in lightly salted water.
- Mix pasta with sauce and GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Balls.
- Grate vegetarian hard cheese over dish a la minute.
- Serve with the side salad.
