Method

Ingredients

10 pc GARDEN GOURMET Sensational Burger  
8g harissa spice mix 
25ml water      
20 pc bamboo sticks 
300g spring cabbage 
300g red cabbage 
150g julienne carrots  
150g julienne cucumber  
150g orange pepper 
100g finely sliced radish 
120g pomegranate seeds  
150g finely diced tomatoes 
120g red onions  
10g mint   
20g parsley   
10 pc flatbread  
70ml harissa paste  
70ml vegan mayonnaise   
 

  1. Defrost GARDEN GOURMET Sensational Burger and mix with harissa spice mix  
  2. Shape the koftas on a bamboo stick. 
  3. Pre-heat the oven to 250°C with a grill tray.  
  4. Grill the koftas in the oven for 5-7 min until core temp is 74°C. 
  5. Cut cabbage and onions into julienne and mix with roughly chopped mint, parsley and remaining vegetables.  
  6. Heat the flatbread in the oven.  
  7. Plate the vegan koftas, drizzle with harissa paste, vegan mayo and serve with the aromatic salad and flatbread. 

Chef's Tip

  • Mix the salad with chickpeas.  
  • Glaze the koftas with pomegranate molasses.
