Vegan Korean Kimchi Stir Fry

Method

Ingredients

800g GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Mince
35ml oil  
300g kimchi  
25ml CHEF® Vegetable Liquid Concentrate  
200g spring onions  
12g red chilies  
100ml water  
1kg ramen noodles, precooked 
30g coriander   
 

Stir fried vegetables  

10ml Sesame oil 
600g Chinese cabbage 
200g bell peppers   
250g red onions   
200g mange tout 
150g baby corn 
100g baby spinach 
 

  1. Cut spring onions and chili into julienne.  
  2. Sauté GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Mince in oil and add kimchi (including some of the juice), CHEF Vegetable Liquid Concentrate, precooked noodles and cook for a few minutes.  
  3. 1 min before service add chili and spring onions.  
  4. Garnish the dish with coriander.  
  5. Serve with stir fried vegetables.

Chef's Tip

  • The dish will also work with glass, udon, or egg noodles.  
  • This vegan kimchi recipe is very good for Take away and Home delivery.
