Method
INGREDIENTS
750g GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces
300g hoisin stir fry sauce
200g mange tout
200g beansprouts
2 large onions, sliced
3 yellow peppers, sliced
4 red peppers, sliced
100ml water
2tbsp olive oil
TO SERVE:
650g fine rice noodles
10 spring onions, finely sliced
2tsp sesame seeds
Squeeze of lime juice
- Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, peppers and stir-fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the hoisin stir fry sauce, 100ml of water and the mangetout and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces and beansprouts and fry for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve with noodles and top with the spring onions and sesame seeds. Finally add a squeeze of lime juice.
