750g GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces

300g hoisin stir fry sauce

200g mange tout

200g beansprouts 

2 large onions, sliced

3 yellow peppers, sliced

4 red peppers, sliced

100ml water

2tbsp olive oil



650g fine rice noodles  

10 spring onions, finely sliced

2tsp sesame seeds  

Squeeze of lime juice 

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. 
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion, peppers and stir-fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the hoisin stir fry sauce, 100ml of water and the mangetout and cook for 2 minutes.  
  3. Add the GARDEN GOURMET Vegan Fillet Pieces and beansprouts and fry for 4-5 minutes. 
  4. Serve with noodles and top with the spring onions and sesame seeds. Finally add a squeeze of lime juice. 

Chef's Tip
