What is the History of GARDEN GOURMET?

The name ‘GARDEN GOURMET’ might be new, but our roots go back more than 30 years. Our food expertise started in the Middle East, in Israel. Here, we embraced the regional Levantine cuisine and developed the first meat free product ranges, including houmous, falafel and burgers. Preparing authentic, pure food has been our goal from the very start. In 1989, GARDEN GOURMET started exporting products to Europe and since then has played an important role in the development of the plant-based market across Europe.
