Le Cordon Bleu Master Chefs have devised a challenging and exciting menu for the candidates to replicate, based on the techniques that we teach our own students. This year the menu will include some extra celebratory elements to mark the milestone of the competition. We know that the preparation of this menu will test the skills of those taking part, and together with our esteemed guests we look forward to enjoying the results of their hard work.
